  14-28 days 25% Payable
  7-13 days 50% Payable
  6-2 days 75% Payable
  1 day 100% Payable
   

• Failure of delegates attending is considered as a full cancellation without notice and full course fees are due.
   

• If our Instructor attends your premises to conduct a booked course but is unable to do so due to lack of facilities or any other failure which is your responsibility, fees will be payable in full
